Greetings lovelies! It’s been a minute since my last post. Nothing new, just a whole lot of plotting and planning on my side. So much goes into starting up a new venture, but I know it will be worth it in the end. Had breakfast with a friend this morning, celebrating her 27th Birthday. We were at the Mall of Africa, nevermind the fact that I was there the day before yesterday with the fam. INSERT: Happy Birthday Amanda, love you!
So at breakfast we got chatting about things we go through in life, the disappointments, our unmet expectations, living and making decisions according to a vision, priorities and the likes. Basically a deep ‘adulting’ convo! It was such a fruitful and thought-provoking chat, with loads of sarcasm and humour. We basically concluded that a relationship with Christ is everything, it is truly the most important relationship we have. It defines you as a person, helps your decision-making, it moulds your character, heals wounds, purifies and fine-tunes the good . Today I found myself so grateful to God for who He is in my life. My life is not perfect and neither am I as a person, but I’m definitely not the same person I was ten years ago and that I owe all to Yahweh.
These pants! eeeeeeek! I’ve been dreaming of owning a pair of black exaggerated flared pants. I can barely walk in them, but I really don’t care! They sweep the floor, but I really don’t care! I love that they create a mood, well in my mind they do. You could go so many ways with these pants and that’s why I really love them. The classic look- add a crisp white shirt, The edgy look- leather jacket, studded boots with a choker, or even The Minimalist look- which is what I went for – a simple knit jersey with zip detail and trimmings.
